I couldn't delete my previously imported ligand files. Whenever I tried to do so, the system told me that these files were locked to previous docking calculation. The problem persists even after I deleted those files of docking results that these ligands are related to.

Your workflow is correct, you should delete the dockings first, in which those ligands are locked and in a second step you can delete the ligand. Please note that when you delete a docking calculation, it is only marked for deletion in our system and the physical deletion could take several minutes. Thus, you might not be able to delete the ligand right after yo have deleted the dockings. However, after several minutes the deletion should work fine.

Thank you but it didn't work. I deleted all of my docking files yesterday, but the ligand files are still locked to those docking files and are not allowed to be deleted.
