Hello. For several of my docking runs, when I try to download the result structure file containing the protein and ligand coordinates in pdb format I get the following screen dump and no file:
Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Too many links in /sites/virtua/docking/_base/lib/db_file.php on line 101

This test is followed by what appears to be unformatted coordinates for the molecules. Do you have any idea of what I am doing wrong?
Thank you
