dear sir,

i would like to know about "frequency" which is generated after docking .what is its importance.

what if i got a docking result with -7.37 kcal/mol of free energy and interaction surface is 887 and frequency 10% kindly explain me about this.

Frequency is a very important factor in the evaluation of the docking results. Docking calculations are independent docking runs and the frequency is the percent of the runs resulting in the same geometry. High frequency suggests reliable result, specific binding.
