Post subject:  Proteins with more than one binding site

Hi,
Any idea on how to specify the binding site of a protein that has more than one?
The pdb file I am using has five ligands, and when I want to dock my ligands in one specific site, I do not find the option to choose. Instead, my ligand is docked in one of the sites by default only -which is not the site I am interested in.
Thank you!

In the simulation box setup step check the show protein sequence checkbox, unselect the default ligand that was selected for the docking center and select the one where you want to dock to.
