Oops, I deleted two runs that I didn't mean to delete. The C5-drawn and C6-drawn, I thought they were different runs, I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve them. Thanks |

Unfortunatelly, deletion means that the corresponding files are also deleted from our servers, so we are unable to retrieve them. (The problems that sometimes occured using chlorine in the ligand are now solved). |

You can find the ligand on the list as soon as the calculation of ligand geometry and electrostatics has finished. I recommend you to register, it will be easier to find your ligand. |

Go to the Render tab, click on rendering (allow pop-ups). You can save the rendered image using right-click and save as. |

You should go to "My ligand" tab first and check the status of your ligands. This should mean that the ligand is not prepared yet/correctly. |
