The system is working, so it should be something specific to the given ligand. Try an alternative name or let me know which is the ligand and I will try to find it out what is wrong. |

my ligand name is "asiaticoside" i have input the molecule formula, molecule CAS number, molecule code form pubchem but it's not working can you help me please? :'( |

I have added one to your account - hopefully with a good ring conformation. If not, you have to model asiaticoside structure in an external, ligand structure specialized software. |
