Hi - myself and a colleague are trying out a docking experiment as free registered users, she has had her jobs in the queue since 4-Dec and is still at around 322/491 in the queue, I've re-started mine and I'm currently at 446/491. I'm assuming that the jobs aren't stuck or in error as the numbers keep going down (albeit very slowly) so we haven't actually got to the run point yet.

Is this a normal queue size or are you just particularly busy at the moment?
It's going to take days to get anywhere, so is subscription really the only way to get a result in a reasonable time frame?

thanks

Hi, it is really not normal but related to the architecture change. When we launch everything on the new hardware, it will go back to normal.
