Hi,
I have a question...well, two.
1) does exist an option to download ALL the files( Files from geometry,interactions and energy results) just doing "one click"? Because I have to download lots of data but my subscription it´s close to expire...
2) If my subscription expires, will I be able after to get the files I haven´t downloaded?
By the way, you are an excellent customer support staff. Thanks for all the help everytime.

Hi,
there is an option to download all files for one docking (in the energy tab under the table). There is no option to download everything in everything - maybe we should implement something like this in the future. Anyway, if you run out of time and only want to download more files, send us a mail and we will find a solution for this.

Hi, Yes, it would be excellent have an option to download everything in everything...you can be "docking" instead being checking and downloading files  and you don´t have to worry about time. OK that´s perfect! Thanks a lot Lola

Hi,
About the last post...I am running out of time and I have 56 docking to check and download yet. Would be possible to have just one more day? Just to download files. I use the lab computer so my time is restricted. Anyway, thanks a lot for help.
